Cadastral Mapping
In the most formal sense, cadastral mapping is a detailed graphic representation of land ownership, showing boundaries, precise locations and physical features denoting the properties. This map information is generally assumed to be annotated with tabular or textual information relating to the ownership, dates of title changes, value and other factors used often by county and municipal tax agencies.
EFS offers cadastral mapping services including all of the above, but also extending to other land mapping requirements such as:
- utility corridors
- road right-of-ways and easements
- centerline maps
- fence lines
- special construction feature mapping
